Our Philosophy

Built on Pork,
Made in Adelaide

BUTAOK is built on pork — an obsession with broth, tare and timing, pointed at one bowl.

Our pork base is deliberately light. Rich enough to coat the noodle, clean enough to finish the bowl and come back tomorrow. That balance is the whole point: depth without heaviness.

Our goal is simple — to serve the best ramen in Adelaide. Every bowl on The Parade is built to that standard.

Our Promise

Our Craft

Simmered 22 Hours

A small kitchen, a short menu and a set number of bowls. We keep the menu intentionally tight to hold stock quality, flavour consistency and sensible sodium levels — the way a small ramen kitchen should.

Homemade Noodles

Made in-house every morning, cut to match the broth and cooked to order — the only way to serve a bowl that holds up from first sip to last.
